- 添加了多组配置，目前测试了同时使用B4U+Elysiver（手上就两家，理论上可以再加）
- 优化了一下流式响应，让其更像官方的流式
- 优化了一下工具调用的引导提示词
- 增加了docker部署的方式
- 新增 UPSTREAM_CONFIG_{n}_* 环境变量支持多组配置
- 根据客户端请求的模型名选择对应的上游配置
- 保持向后兼容，单上游配置仍可用
- 更新相关文档
