## Yoshua Bengio

### Introduction

Yoshua Bengio is a full professor of [Department of Computer Science and Operations Research](http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/?lang=en) and the head of Montreal Institute for Learning Algorithm ([MILA](http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~lisa/lab)).
Yoshua Bengio is an action editor of Journal of Machine Learning Research ([JMLR](http://www.jmlr.org/)). Futhermore, Yoshua Bengio has been twice the Program Chair of [NIPS](http://www.nips.cc/) which is the tier-1 conferance in the area of learning algorithm.
Yoshua Bengio co-organized [Learning Workshop](http://snowbird.djvuzone.org/) with Yann LeCun and created [ICLR](https://sites.google.com/site/representationlearning2013/) (ICLR is one of top conference in the area of deep learning).
