Did u manage to create ur virtual environment through the .yml without any Issues? I have been getting a lot of issues, both on Win11 and WSL/Ubuntu |

I modified the preprocess.py, and test_image_ids_json.py to remove the detectron and cityscapes dependencies which hindered it from working on Python 3.8+ (tested on Python 3.11), and Windows 11, to make it work independent of those programs.
I also made minor changes to the split.py to make it work on Windows 11, and Python 3.8+.
Further, I added convert_to_yolo.py program which convert to the YOLO11-seg format to be compatible with a YOLO11-seg based pipeline.
