Add season2 contracts and challenge pages

PR with the basic features for challenges by season improvements.

• Added season 2 challenges contracts
• Added Season2NFTFlags contract
• Added deployment script for season2 contracts
• Change Ponder and index flags from Season2NFTFlags contract
• Modify the logic to have challenges by season
• Added season 2 challenges pages
• Added season number and season name to challenge page titles
• Added seasons to the user profile page (screenshot below)
• Challenges 1 from season > 1 are completed when challenge 1 from season 1 is completed
• The progress indicator takes into account all the seasons now
