Problem Statements

As we all know, we are in the phase of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the students are forced to do their schooling through online means.

• This created a barrier in student teacher relationship, and between the fellow colleagues.
• The managements are failing to provide adequate support to both the students and faculties.
• All Students are facing problems in time management of classes.
• All the facilities provided by the management such as library, labs etc remain unused.
• More mental pressure for the students.

• Voice Assistant : The important feature in the app, which can perform all the features below.
• Class Scheduling: Helps faculties to schedule classes, which makes easier for the students to know the time.
• Attendance Alert: Gives alert when attendance is low.
• Fee Payment: Exam fee and other Academic related fees can be payed with ease.
• Library: This include notes, previous year question papers and all the reference books within the syllabus.
• Academic Status: Shows detailed view of acedamic performance.
• Address Book: Shows the details of faculties and students, along withe the social handles to connect with each other.
• Public Chat: A public chat room which can be used by all students, within the same management.
• Event Alert: An event alert bulletin board for alerting students about the latest events.

• IBM ASSISTANT - Watson Assistant was created as a question answering (QA) computing system that IBM built to apply advanced natural language processing, information retrieval, knowledge representation, automated reasoning, and machine learning technologies.
• FIGMA - Figma is a vector graphics editor and prototyping tool which is primarily web-based, with additional offline features.
• FRAMER - Framer is easy prototyping on the web. And it’s got all the team collaboration features you’d want in a high-fidelity prototyping tool.
