Summary

Refreshes AI-Native's Open Framework Commons v1.0.0 pin from the initially reviewed commit 27870fb1d57d951b9ef5a3a86f33ef068ee557da to the corrected tagged commit a0f0d384e9010a65d1a21a324b4c912433d5e031.

The corrected Commons tree makes Relationship Operating Framework current, adds explanatory ecosystem, guidance-location, and adoption-flow diagrams, and publishes product adoption links. All nine shared principles and the product-independence boundary are unchanged.

• AI-Native remains independent and retains its charter, method, terminology, examples, research, governance, roadmap, releases, and implementation choices.

Release integrity

Commons Governance describes annotated release tags as immutable, but its v1.0.0 tag moved. ADR-009 records the conflict and the founding steward's one-time exception because no downstream organizational use of the AI-Native Operating Framework is recorded. ADR-008's original decision body and prior reviews remain point-in-time evidence, with a narrow exact-pin supersession notice.

After merge and merged-tree identity verification, AI-Native remains v1.0.0 and will be republished using an exact lease against the current tag object. Future Commons corrections must use a new semantic version.
