CMakeLists.txt, shared object version symlinks

For your consideration: while building on Debian, some changes were required:

• CMakeLists.txt directory changes were required to find the ./third_party libraries
• symlink filenames that include versions were required at link time

I release these changes to the public domain, or under the CC0 license, or under booster_robotics_sdk's Apache license. You may incorporate these changes with or without attribution.
