Documents the newly added SunPump support across both the sun-cli reference and the BANK OF AI Skills docs, and brings the Skills install walkthrough in line with the current skills CLI. Applied to both English (docs/docs/...) and Simplified Chinese (docs/i18n/zh-Hans/...).
