Add auth flows, calendar tracking, and navigation refresh

Summary

• Added email verification, password reset, and an admin users panel to the auth flow.
• Reworked app navigation, shared shells, and route structure under /app.
• Added calendar-based time tracking, richer reports/charts, and denser tracker UI interactions.
• Tightened session/cookie handling, removed GitHub auth wiring, and gated AI routes/UI on prod key availability.
• Updated shared UI components, theme tokens, and deployment/config wiring across the monorepo.
