This PR enhances the JSON schema validation process (validate module) by integrating custom validators for handling complex fields and validation scenarios.

The implementation allows dynamic registration of custom validators based on configuration.

• - Added method register_custom_validators to SchemaValidation class.
• - Created a schema_utils folder to store functions for performing custom validation.
