Some final changes:

• Improved Sample Browser filters Include filters by date range and multiple institutions in sample browser #341
  • Added a Multiple Hospital checkbox to the Collecting Institution column
  • Added a "X" clear button in free text boxes
  • Dynamically update filters based on other filters
  • Added a date range for "Collection Date"
  • Added a "Download filtered table" button to download the "Sample Browser" table after apliying filters
    • Download the table itself (Sample Sequencing ID, Collection Date, Lineage, Collecting Institution)
    • Download the surveillance data for the filtered samples+
      • Need to check how to make it faster

    • Download "full" data of the filtered samples
