The focus of these changes is to allow the idle timeout applied to connections be specified as part of the options for each client.

The focus of these changes is to fix the loop responsible for dispatching events to the handler for processing so that it respects cancellation when the processor signals the associated token. Currently, the loop will dispatch all events in the batch to the handler, potentially causing duplicate processing and checkpoint interleaving.

In order to use the generated nuget package in your app, you will have to use it from a private feed.
To create a private feed, see the following link:

This will allow you to create a new local feed and add the location of the new feed as one of the sources.
