Always evaluate native and C++ base image inputs through architecture-specific BuildKit registry caches. Use the MCR-hosted BuildKit daemon image, push official rolling native-build images under dacs/native-build, and keep pull request builds read-only. Authenticate Azure test jobs to the Python package feed for native-image fallback builds. Document the Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions build, artifact, and cache flows.
