This PR introduces the initial beta release (1.0.0b1) of the Azure CloudHealth Management Python SDK, auto-generated from the REST specification.
- Generated both synchronous and asynchronous client libraries, including configuration, serialization, and operation modules
- Updated package metadata: version, README, CHANGELOG, MANIFEST, license, and API view mappings
- Added empty patch stubs (
_patch.py) for future customizations
