Overview
This repository contains Python scripts and visualizations for analyzing and plotting average Chlorophyll-a Concentrations across different time periods, regions, and datasets.
The project focuses on examining Chlorophyll-a data month-by-month and season-by-season over a 21-year period, from August 2002 to December 2023.
Chlorophyll-a is a vital indicator of phytoplankton biomass and ocean productivity, making this database crucial for understanding marine ecosystem health and monitoring changes related to climate and human activities.

Features
Data extraction and preprocessing of Chlorophyll-a from satellite data.
Time-series analysis of Chlorophyll-a concentrations monthly and seasonally.
Regional and global visualization with customizable plots.
Integration of statistical models and interactive graphing tools.
Support for different datasets and multi-format data handling.
Data Sources
This project utilizes Chlorophyll-a data obtained from reputable satellite ocean color datasets including MODIS, SeaWiFS, and others. The data spans from August 2002 through December 2023,
providing long-term perspectives on marine biological productivity.
