Using the ticket system
To use the ticket system, make sure you have a channel with the "ticket" flag, It is recommended this channel be invite only so that only admins can read tickets. Then go in game and type /report. A menu will appear allowing you to choose who to report, and why. Once the player has reported, this is what happens in IRC

You can change the reasons to report people in the Ticket > Menu section of sourceirc.cfg. Note that the entry "{Special:Spray}" is a special setting, that will ask you to point and click at a spray, instead of selecting a player.
The setting Ticket -> Settings section holds 2 settings, the first is spray_url, this is useful if you can set up web access to the "downloads" directory, as SourceIRC can just give you a download link to the spray, and you can open it using vtfedit. The second is custom_msg, this is a custom message that will be sent before a ticket is received. This is good to use to mass highlight your admins so everyone gets a heads up when a ticket comes in.
