Update README to reflect documentation change
Signed-off-by: Ayush More <ayushmore42595@gmail.com>
Full write-up of the GitHub Actions workflow audit covering all 5 changes made across the fix/* branches, plus 2 issues that need maintainer discussion before any code change. README explains every change in plain language: what was wrong, what was changed, and why it matters. Issue files in issues/ are standalone write-ups suitable for upstream contribution discussions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
