Dynamic window approach animation has some problem?

Hello, in PathPlanning/DynamicWindowApproach, the plt.pause() is set to 0.0001, and in my computer it just plot a white window. Seems like it gets stucked.

And if I change it to a larger one, like 0.01, it is OK!

So I wonder if this is just my computer's problem or it is just not good to set that param too small.

PS. I think my computer's hardware is good enough.
