This PR updates the Snap setup documentation and performs a broad cleanup of changelog files across the monorepo, along with a small test-file import cleanup.

docs/SNAP_SETUP.mdto recommend Node v24+. - Remove large, duplicated sections from multiple package
CHANGELOG.mdfiles and the rootCHANGELOG.md(currently leaving only the version header). - Remove an unused import from
