feat(mooncake): 迁移 example 看护到共用引擎 - #219

源仓仍是整份两信号流水线。香港 runner 忽略容器挂载，网卡配置改为运行时从设备读出，pybind11 改为直连 GitHub。
合入时就要启用 cron，并避开 accelerate 与 tgi 已经占用的整点。
manifest 里的 0,1 不是每台双卡机器的物理号。只写下有应答的那一张时，ADXL 会因缺少另一张卡的 IP 中止。
分组注释改成每条单独说明，行号对着 v0.3.13.post1，方便直接核对。
hccn.conf 仍写下每张能查到 IP 的卡。把 ASCEND_RT_VISIBLE_DEVICES 改成物理号之后，例程按逻辑号设设备会失败。

背景
Mooncake 的 example 看护还在
cosdt-ci-test/workflows，触发器是整份两信号流水线，没有pull_request。本仓共用引擎已经在主分支，这次只迁这一个项目，不改引擎、共享脚本和结果 schema。本仓
schedule已打开，每天一次，北京时间 06:00，对应0 22 * * *。accelerate 占北京时间 02:00，tgi 占 03:00。源仓 Mooncake 的 schedule 本来就是注释，合入后不会和源仓在同一时刻抢 NPU。改动
.github/workflows/mooncake-examples.yml。paths只含examples-guards/mooncake/**和触发器自身。PR 并发组是mooncake-examples-pr-<PR 号>。定时每天一次，北京时间 06:00。examples-guards/mooncake/。supported仍只有transfer_engine_ascend_direct_perf.cpp，双卡linux-aarch64-a2-2，镜像cann:9.1.0-910b-ubuntu22.04-py3.12。unsupported原样保留。pybind11失败回退改为直连github.com，不再走ghfast.top。--volume，宿主机/etc/hccn.conf挂不进来。setup在文件缺失时从驱动副本或hccn_tool写出本机设备 IP，不编造地址。Success to initialize adxl engine、Test completed:，以及npu:<id>或mem type:device。传输失败串照旧判红。没有为了能跑去改上游 example 源码。验证
actionlint已通过。上一轮 PR 运行已绿，日志里有 ADXL 初始化和mem type:device。这次只改了触发器上的 cron，会再跑一遍矩阵。workflow_dispatch，新 workflow 文件在默认分支上还不存在。
