Permissions to execute commands

• nations.command.nation to execute all /nation commands
• nations.command.zone to execute all /zone commands
• nations.command.nationadmin to execute all /nationadmin commands

Permissions to bypass area protection

• nations.admin.bypass.build to bypass build protection (breaking and placing blocks)
• nations.admin.bypass.interact to bypass interact protections (opening doors, opening chests etc)
