Document the native image's minimum CPU (x86-64-v3 / armv8.1-a) #501

Description

Follow-up from ArcadeData/arcadedb#10581.

The native Docker images (arcadedata/arcadedb:<version>-native-amd64 / -native-arm64) require a minimum CPU: x86-64-v3 (AVX, AVX2, BMI1, BMI2, FMA, F16C, LZCNT, MOVBE) on amd64 and armv8.1-a (LSE atomics, CRC32) on arm64. On an older CPU the binary exits at once with "The current machine does not support all of the following CPU features that are required by the image".

The main repository now documents this in docs/native-image.md, section "CPU requirements". The user-facing Docker / native-image pages in this docs repository should say the same, with the workaround: use the JVM image, or build with -Dnative.march=compatibility.

Documented in #510. The native image page has a new "CPU Requirements" section. It covers the minimum CPU (x86-64-v3 on amd64, armv8.1-a on arm64) with the features each one needs, the startup error an older CPU gets, and how to check a host or a VM. It also gives the two workarounds: run the JVM image, or build with -Dnative.march=compatibility. The Docker install page links to the section. The fix is complete.
