Fully localized Logic Processor- Submissions that are very important to many players

Dear Anuke,
Hello! I kindly request that you review and consider merging this pull request. Many players love the Logic Processor, but because its interface is entirely in English, non-native English speakers find it difficult to fully experience its features. Therefore, I improved the localization of the Logic Processor and made it available as a feature to be turned off. In addition, I have also re-added localized display for some keyboard key names, as many people genuinely need this, if you still cannot accept this, I hope you can communicate with me first, rather than simply closing the pull request.

I would fix some upper/lowercase inconsistencies in key names and stuff like it though
