The upgrader used to update the study in place and if an error occured, replace the files with the one copied in the tmp_path
But this doesn't work when you're creating files inside the study
Also, the v9.3 upgrader lacked the generaldata.ini inside the
filesattribute meaning in the case of an upgrade failure, the study would be corrupted
