Significantly update the `ICustomBush`, `ICustomBushApi`, and related interfaces to enhance clarity and functionality. Introduce new interfaces for custom bush data, drops, progression rules, stages, and collections. Update the `ShowCropAndBarrelTime` class to align with the new structure, improving the handling of custom bush data and item drops.

Custom Bush is working towards changes to support medium and large bushes in the coming months. This PR will prepare for those changes.
