Outliner v0.0.6

This is a breaking change. This version CAN NOT read the .json file format and instead utilizes .opml exclusively.

It will not open the .json files at all, so they are safe - the current version will continue to work with them, but upgrading to 0.0.6 is highly recommended as this is the format moving forward.
