Code for my final project for the course Deep Learning (CSCI S-89) at the Harvard Summer School, taught by Dr. Dmitry Kurochkin in the summer of 2025. My final project focused on applying neural networks implemented in Tensorflow to a classification problem involving spatial transcriptomics data.
