Configuring BreezeBlurred

1. Install BreezeBlurred
2. Open System Settings > Application Style > Window Decoration
3. Click on Configure BreezeBlurred
4. Disable Draw window background gradient and Draw separator between Title Bar and Window
5. Set Opacity value to 40%

Configuring KDE Blur

1. Check that your version of KDE is higher than 5.13 in About System (Alt + Space)
2. Open System Settings > Desktop Behavior > Desktop Effects
3. Find Blur and click on gear
4. Set blur how you want
