demo of using noob

just a quick demo from call just now showing how to use noob.

we are using a git dependency on the nobes-web branch right now because i haven't merged in the ability to use inputs as asset.params yet, but that should happen this evening and the dep can be switched to main, and we'll start regularly publishing on pypi before indeca does so that this can be replaced with a normal pypi dep specification.

i think all the description of how stuff works is in the tube description, but lmk if more description needed.

Most of this shouldn't be merged except the pyproject.toml change that advertises the noob tube directory entrypoint, so just close this whenever it's no longer useful
