Add Python Zero-to-Mastery Roadmap page to portfolio

Adds a dedicated python-roadmap.html page presenting a structured six-phase Python learning path, linked from the main portfolio.

New page: python-roadmap.html

• Six sequential phases: Foundations → Core Python → Intermediate → Key Libraries → Advanced → Specialise
• Each phase broken into topic cards (2–7 bullet items each) covering setup, data structures, OOP, async, type hints, design patterns, and domain tracks (web, data science, DevOps, security, telecom/RF)
• Resources section with 8 curated references (official docs, books, courses, practice platforms)
• Fully consistent with existing design system: same CSS custom properties, Font Awesome icons, dark/light theme toggle, scroll-reveal animations, and responsive grid layout

• Added "Python Roadmap" entry to the primary nav
• Added a "Python — Zero to Mastery Roadmap" project card in the Projects section with a direct View Roadmap → link
