Description

• Update to make compatible with latest dev version of formio.js and formio-react
• Specifically this resolves issue 4.3.10, described here: https://aottech.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYCAoQ

What changed?

• Added submission url to whitelisted paths.
• Needs a reviewer to analyze if this poses potential security risks.

Why have you chosen this solution?

• There is already some custom code to skip token permission checks for the /submissions queries. I followed the same approach for the /submission route.
