Fixes AMReX-Codes#274. A default slice sat on the raw domain midpoint, which is a cell face when the cell count is even, so the crosshairs jumped to a cell center on the first Position step. The default now snaps to the finest-level sample holding the midpoint (a node for nodal data). The navigation and mapped-grid smoke tests zoom or click around the exact midpoint, so they recenter the slices first.
