Adds Omega Walls to the Tools section. Omega Walls is an open-source runtime defense layer for RAG / agent systems and MCP-connected workflows. It focuses on stateful prompt-injection defense, including distributed / cross-step attacks, exfiltration pressure, and unsafe tool/action flows. It fits the current Tools section alongside MCP security scanners, wrappers, and control layers.
