Summary

  • Strobl demote ≤0.913 / promote ≥0.90
  • Gole: fee_status only; dual-DENIED; promote ≥0.90 only if Strobl ≠ DENIED
  • Gole DENIED veto: keep-APPROVED demoted when Gole DENIED ≥0.90 and Strobl ≠ APPROVED
  • Public train: 137.23 / 150, CFA = 0

Seatbelts (no repeat of last private bite)

  • No AK / purpose×sig / Engine B / learned referee
  • No ungated Gole approve (0.85 = CFA=3 rejected)
  • No blind full-field Gole overwrite
  • Never Gole-promote over Strobl DENIED
  • Never keep APPROVED over Gole DENIED unless Strobl also APPROVED
