What changed

  • Locked the recurring Production, Merci and silent final co-mark masters to the measured Black Flower structures.
  • Added portrait source dimensions, subject-safe-box validation and Chromium geometry tests.
  • Added stable and binary-chapter background rhythms with cover/body field consistency.
  • Extended prepare-logo with explicit arbitrary color matte removal for monochrome marks.
  • Expanded the reference manuals, workflow files and quality gates.

Why

The previous engine allowed a flattened slide to be reused as a portrait, generic CTA treatment on Merci and extra copy on the final page. Those loopholes produced cropped faces, interface-like closing slides and unstable background rhythm.

Impact

Black Flower dossiers now repeat the same authored finishing sequence while keeping prospect imagery, motif, material and copy specific to each company. Invalid crops, typed logo fallbacks, random field drift and noisy final pages fail validation.

Validation

  • Engine strict type-check, full test suite, application and library builds
  • Package-consumer contract
  • Tools strict type-check, 38 tests and build
  • Neutral and Black Flower full 18-page renders
  • PNG, PDF, render-report, source-hash and Poppler raster audits
  • PB Swiss Tools private 15-page forward test with 0 validation errors and full delivery audit
  • Private-source leakage scan
