- 在 README.md 中增加开发流程章节，包含开发指南、PR流程规范、Git提交规范和部署流程链接
- 新增 Git 提交规范文档，详细说明 Conventional Commits 规范、类型说明、范围约定和提交最佳实践
- 新增 PR 流程规范文档，定义分支策略、PR 提交流程、审查流程和合并策略
- 新增部署流程文档，涵盖 CI/CD 流水线、版本发布、生产环境部署和回滚流程说明
