Update browser fixtures to complete the realtime connection handshake, keep history events in-flight during bootstrap, and reflect current workbench controls. Bring the pushed PR candidate (9bab288 status-bar usage and dockable terminal panel, plus the reviewed CI fixtures/fixes up to 098dfda) into local Testing while preserving the Testing-only work merged around the original PR head: Code iframe keep-alive, multi-instance History integration, pane auto-expansion with non-expanding initial hydration, one-shot Setup focus, Activity timing, node auth tools, Anthropic streaming, and index splits. Conflict strategy: - src/modelEffortProtocolVersions.test.ts: keep Testing's actual mainManagement descriptor version 16 (node auth tool); nodeExecution stays 6. - src/llmStreamingTimeout.integration.test.ts: keep Testing's wait-for-attempt sequencing with the PR's accepted CanceledError/AbortError + ERR_CANCELED contract. - docs/code-index/units/webui-workbench.md: canonical combined test description covering the footer Terminal panel and Testing's pane probes.
