This implements a small, similiar to the Shattering of Adonalsium Effect, or the Shadesmar Transition effect.
A "shockwave" ripples through black mist in the cognitive during the ascention, revealing a new, odious glow accross roshar. Imperceptible to anyone but those who look for it (and don't get their memories tampered).
