New users often want a ready-to-edit thesis template before adapting the tool to their own school format.

Expected PR

• Add templates/synthetic-university-thesis-basic.json.
• Keep all values generic and public-safe.
• Update templates/README.md if the template list changes.
• Ensure template tests still pass.

Acceptance criteria

• Template JSON is valid and easy to audit.
• No real school template text is copied.
• Standard validation commands pass.
