Hi
Are you planning to do some type of optimization to reduce the time taken by the annotations (more useful in batch mode, of course)?
I've seen that right now its only using 1 CPU core, and I was wondering whether it could be parallelized effectively (i.e., splitting the input and processing each segment in a different thread)
