The notification should say, ‘{username} {action} in the {chatroom name} chatroom!’ With a link to the root level message’s sub-chatroom (the same room that opens when the user clicks the ‘show replies’ button on a message. Action is ‘mentioned you’ if the message has a mention property. Otherwise, action is ‘replied to your post’
