Add version number in distribution zip file name

The distribution zip file has a fixed name, zonemaster_web_gui.zip. The distribution files from the other repositories have the version number included in the file name. Having the version number included makes it easier to keep track of different distribution files.

Change the file name to something with the version number included. When changing name, make more like the names of the other distribution files.
