Update 武蔵国 (Musashi province in Sengoku)

Things to change when updating the maps.
Each needs:

• Resize map to correct unit size
• Re-center units
• Adjust all SCs to new unit center
• WhiteSCs layer
• Double check units (redo if ugly).
• Double check unit shadows in live version.

In addition, specific to maps:
Sengoku:

• Change Musashi into 武蔵国.
