sparklines garbled (windows) #34
Description
The sparklines are not rendered correctly on windows. I found the same issue from two years ago, here:

The maintainer at the time claims to have fixed the problem, but I'm having the exact same problem, and my sparklines look the same as those from the old post, a direct link to that image is here:

I've tried starting emacs without the init file, and tried two different windows machines, but neither change had any effect. I've also tried changing the type of sparklines, or disabling them, but setting the value of symon-sparkline-type to anything caused an error to the affect of:
"Error running timer ‘symon-display’: (wrong-type-argument number-or-marker-p symon-sparkline-width)"
or
"Error running timer ‘symon-display’: (wrong-type-argument symbolp "plain")"
I've got symon 20170224.33 installed from MELPA
GNU Emacs 25.1.1 (x86_64-w64-mingw32)
Windows 10
