3D localisation no longer working #78
Description
I have made no changes to my calibration file, and yet can no longer extract 3D localisations. It gives the exception: Global tag is not allowed: tag:yaml.org,2002:cz.cuni.lf1.lge.ThunderSTORM.calibration.PolynomialCalibration
in 'reader', line 1, column 1:
!!cz.cuni.lf1.lge.ThunderSTORM.c ...
This is true if I use the plugin GUI or if I run a macro using a script that previously worked fine. I have also tried making a new calibration file using this plugin, but this produces the same error.
I'm at a loss - has something changed in the script / in imageJ itself that has made this stop working?
