✨ Implement additional `/dashboard` entry table features

• Make URL reflect entry table pagination (/dashboard?page=1)
• Refactor to Row component + individual update partials
• Add "delete" button per entry
• Update entry project
• Implement filtering:
  • Category (project/tag, is billable, etc.)
  • Time span (day, week, month, year, custom)
