⬆️ Bump tough-cookie, jwks-rsa, mjml and prisma in /server

Removes [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie), [jwks-rsa](https://github.com/auth0/node-jwks-rsa), [mjml](https://github.com/mjmlio/mjml/tree/HEAD/packages/mjml) and [prisma](https://github.com/prisma/prisma/tree/HEAD/packages/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tough-cookie`
