Like in osmand, it would be nice to highlight the outline of the selected object.

Hi @swedneck, thanks for the report. I would personally love to see this as well :)

Implementation wise - i am not sure how to proceed if this should download megabytes of data. Think about showing your country relation, or some multipolygon forest.
