Poor performance of opened windows #123
Description
I noticed two things: player's animations can cause 2x slowdown, and inventories like chests can cause also 2x slowdown on machines with poor CPU.
I didn't notice performance slowdown on hotbar, but anyway, minecraft-inventory-gui should do render on demand (cursor move, item change).
