Add CI workflow

It would be great if we add some automatic test with GitHub Actions.

Hi @migueLib, I was wondering, but would you have time to try this? (Implementing GitHub Actions to run the docker container with the test data and tell if the result is correct). Then it'd be easier to see if anything is breaking the container or not.

I hope I'll have time on this, but maybe I need to focus on the parameter autotuning first.
